ADDITIONAL FINANCIAL RESOURCES: AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT 2021

 

On March 11, the President signed the $1.9 Trillion Stimulus Relief bill into law (the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021). In addition to $1400 stimulus checks Americans are receiving this week, billions will be distributed to states and cities across the U.S.

What many people don’t know is that most of the pandemic assistance can be obtained at a State and Local level. Of the $195.3 billion allocated to states, $500 million in aid will be distributed to each state. Here are several assistance programs and how to take advantage of them.

ADDITIONAL STIMULUS BILL FINANCIAL RESOURCES FOR U.S. CITIZENS

►   Extended PUA and FPUC (Federal Unemployment Benefits)

►   Raise Your Weekly Unemployment Benefits

►   Get Food / Rent / Mortgage / Utilities Assistance for COVID

►   Collect Hazard Pay (especially essential works and public safety)

►   Receive Restaurant and Business Recovery Grants

►   Major Increase in Child and Dependent Care Tax Credit

►   Child Care Tax Credit Increased

 

First you should know that PUA (Pandemic Unemployment Assistance) has been extended through September 6th, 2021. No need to reapply. Just log in every two weeks to request those weeks. The same goes for FPUC pay (Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation) passed under the Cares Act last year, which has also been extended through September 6th.

*Also, up to $10,200 of unemployment you received last year is Tax-Free.*

Here is how to apply for and receive the additional funding available that I listed above:

To raise your unemployment benefits, send your 2019 Tax Return to your State Unemployment Office and say “I want to see if I qualify for more weekly benefits.” Most states only pay you the base minimum unless you ask for more.

If you were unemployed for 30 weeks in 2020 during the pandemic and you made $18,000 in 2019 you’ll get an extra $50/week in your unemployment pay. If you made $25,000 you’ll see an increase of $100 per week. And if you made over $30,000 in 2019 you’ll raise your unemployment benefits by $300 extra a week!

There is a Food benefit in the U.S. called SNAP (Supplemental Nutritional Assistance) thru the Department of Agriculture. If your household income is under $45,000 annually and you meet certain requirements, a family of 4 can get up to $1600 a month in food assistance, which is $16,000 a year!

The Rescue Act provides $40 billion of rental and mortgage assistance, which includes $21 billion for emergency rental assistance, $5 billion for emergency housing vouchers, $750 million for tribal housing needs and $100 million for rural housing.

To apply for Rent or Mortgage Assistance:

Contact your city, county or state Housing Authority (or try all three). Tell them you need rental or mortgage assistance due to COVID. If you qualify, you can receive 3-6 months of rent ($5,000-$10,000 benefit).

To receive Utilities assistance:

Contact your local utility company and say you need utility assistance because of COVID.

You can also seek assistance from charities such as United Way, Salvation Army, Catholic charities like St. Vincent de Paul or other church based organizations.

How to Benefit from Hazard Pay:

Hazard Pay can be obtained on a business, state or local level. Businesses typically receive money for this in the case of disasters. Even more was received during the pandemic than in the past for this type of pay. Some cities, counties and states had this money for months, but had not yet distributed it so there could still be money available in your local area – whether you are an employer or employee.

To receive Federal Hazard Pay, if you were an essential worker, government employee or worked in public safety throughout the pandemic last year through the present time, you can receive an additional $3 an hour hazard pay up to a maximum of $10,000 as long as you earned less than $100,000 last year. If you earned over $100,000 you can still receive up to $5,000 in hazard pay.

In Vermont, the state is still receiving applications for up to 40,000 people which they announced this past Friday.

Google “Hazard Pay” or “Bonus for Essential Workers” along with your state, city or county and these resources should come up. However, do act quickly as these payouts can run out fast.

In Roanoke, VA they were offering hazard pay to public safety employees and essential workers at an additional $3 an hour up to $2,000.

You just have to check in your local area to see what is available or ask your employer (note: employers often defer to the term ‘bonus pay’ vs. ‘hazard pay’ as it sounds more positive).

Special Assistance for Restaurants and Business Owners:

For businesses, the Rescue Act has added $7.25 billion to the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). $28.6 billion was allocated to the Restaurant Revitalization Fund, administered by the Small Business Administration (SBA).

Eligible restaurants will receive aid in the form of grants up to $10 million for restaurant groups and $5 million for individual eateries. In addition, restaurant and small business owners are eligible for long-term, low-interest rate loans through a $15 billion Emergency Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) program.

There is also reportedly a new $5,000 grant that will be available under EIDL in the coming weeks for small business owners.

Restaurants can calculate their losses by subtracting 2020 revenue from 2019 revenue.

Other businesses who lost 15-30% last year in revenue can obtain a $5,000 grant (if less than 10 employees). It appears as though this business loss grant may favor women owners.

It does not look like these grants have yet gone live. I will do my best to update you here when they do. Again, these are being handled by the Small Business Administration (SBA).

Child and Dependent Care Tax Credit:

Low and middle-income families will be eligible for a tax credit covering half of their child care expenses in 2021, up to a maximum credit of $4,000 for one child or dependent and $8,000 for two or more children or dependents.

Child Tax Credit Expansion:

The Child Tax Credit is being increased from $2,000 to $3600 for each child under age 6 and $3,000 for each child age 6 to 17. While millions of low income families were excluded from claiming this credit previously, now all low and middle-income families will get the credit.

Beginning July 2021 parents who qualify for the credit will receive $300 a month for newborns thru 5 years old and $250 a month for children ages 6-17.

Please pass this information along to anyone you know who is struggling at this time and could really use financial assistance.

Space Weather and Timeline Jumps Update

You've seen me report on space weather before. Well, hold onto your hats, because these last 3-4 weeks have broken new records and spurred new levels of exhaustion for the general population and crazy symptoms......

Not only did solar winds top 2300 kps on 2/25/21, but there were multiple back-to-back blasts over 2000 kps - long duration hits in the span of a few hours, which is something I've never seen before! 

I remember one day, I had gone for a scenic drive to a park, and when I got there and sat on a bench for awhile, I suddenly felt a huge wall of energy hit my crown chakra and the top of my head. It was so powerful that I felt as if a large boring machine was forcefully pushing me into the ground. When I got up to walk, I could barely move from the weight pushing against my body. The gravitational force of this energy wave was incredible and it lasted for several hours into the night! This was about 2 weeks ago. Did anyone else feel this?

On a more positive note, the buildup of our meditations and our collective will spawned not one, not two, but THREE HUGE Timeline Jumps in a short span of 3 weeks!!! That is something to celebrate indeed.

Whenever the Schumann graph goes black for several hours, it is a clear indication that the timeline has been reset or upgraded. Remember, when everything goes dark, Earth systems are rebooting, recoding, rearranging into a higher order!

The first timeline jump/reset occurred on February 12th, 2021 and here is that day's graph:

The second timeline jump/reset occurred on February 23rd, 2021 and was much longer in duration than the first:

The third timeline jump/reset occurred on March 6th, 2021:

Update: We just had a 4th Timeline Jump on 3-17-20 that lasted for 4 hours! This would explain the intense crown chakra pressure I felt yesterday for several hours. It takes a tremendous amount of energy for an entire planet to quantum jump like this!

I have never seen this many Timeline Jumps and Upshifts in such a short period of time, so this is UNDENIABLE CONFIRMATION that our solid year of Mass Meditations that reached record breaking numbers in 2020, big participation for our Key Portal Dates (Solstice, etc.) and ongoing personal meditations have absolutely put us and our planet on a fast track to 5D!

I will be heading to the seaside to cast my vision of ascended 5D Earth upon the Violet Ray just as the sun rises above the horizon as my bare feet stand submerged in the salty oceanic waters which will carry my vision all around the world -- it’s going to be an incredible start to a spectacular day…..and an amazing YEAR with many wonderful surprises and breakthroughs in store!

I will be spending several hours that day by the ocean in a relaxed meditative state breathing in lots of negative ions and the fresh sea air…..as I work on further stabilizing the Earth Grids, anchoring copious amounts of omnipresent light into our new 5D Grid and visualizing the incredible amount of healing that will occur once we begin sharing the magic forest formula with others.

The primary themes of the Spring Equinox are Balance and Renewal. As new flower buds start to bloom, butterflies glide past you in the garden and ladybugs land on your windshield, are you feeling the call to restore Balance and Harmony in your body, in your home and in your world?

I have been working exclusively on achieving inner balance these past six months.

Particularly since the 11-11 gateway last year, I’ve been spending more and more time detaching from the 3D Matrix systems and letting go of the deep trauma I’ve been carrying with me for decades. I’ve also been letting go of stress-inducing matrix practices and habits. I’ve even largely let go of TIME as I am no longer on a matrix schedule and now do things more at my own pace.

I’ve spent more time in meditation, more time out in nature, more time with family. I’ve also gone into pure creation mode – consuming less (content) and creating more of my own, while resting more and learning to just BE instead of DO-ing so much – which has been incredibly empowering!

This focused detachment has yielded some amazing results which prove that we each are absolutely creating our own reality and experiences moment-to-moment:

►   I have regained a healthy confidence, balanced by a deep inner calm that I simply could not achieve before.

►   The weather in my neighborhood and city has become absolutely idyllic and remained so for the last 3 months – near perfect skies, perfect temperature, perfect breeze. Before, the weather was much more chaotic.

►   My home has become much more peaceful.

►   I no longer feel matrix-induced fear or dread, which had clouded my life for years.

►   My body has finally begun to heal.

It has opened up dramatically and released years of long-held fascia tissue tension in my neck and back that was putting tremendous strain on my head and jaw, which has resulted in far less dizziness and disorientation when the big energy waves and geo storms hit. This is a MAJOR improvement for me.

►   I no longer worry or obsess about money. My focus is on how to help relieve the suffering in this world and create our 5D world.

Though the amounts in my bank account have been quite small (especially this past year) – there is a deep knowing that all is well in the grand scheme of things.

I realized how strongly we’ve all been programmed to feel absolutely terrified of losing our matrix ‘J.O.B.s’ and how much we need to break free from this fear and become self-sufficient!

I felt this intense anxiety for several weeks until I finally surrendered everything to the higher realms and asked “Just show me the way forward.” By following this higher guidance and making numerous adjustments, I made it through an entire year while no longer slaving for the matrix as I had done for 35 long years. I now know that by staying true to my spiritual path and 5D Starseed Mission, all will be provided right on time.

In fact, Abundance is our birth right and the Universe is about to open the Floodgates and pour out a huge blessing upon humanity!

Our ancestors marked the New Year by the Vernal Equinox, vernal meaning ‘fresh and new.’ We need to re-connect with our ancient roots so that we can reset our internal clocks to synchronize with nature’s own rhythms.

How To get your share of the BIG STIMULUS Pot (U.S. citizens) – a lot more money available beyond the $1400

On March 11, the President signed the $1.9 Trillion Stimulus Relief bill into law (named The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021). This is the 3^rd stimulus payment Americans will be receiving since the pandemic was announced early last year. However, it took Congress 9 long months to approve $1400 stimulus payments to Americans who earned less than $75,000 in 2020 ($150,000 for married couples). Last fall, there was discussion of Americans receiving 3-4 months in retro stimulus pay which did not happen. However, something better is looming on the horizon.

The IRS made one mass electronic disbursement to U.S. banks on Friday, March 12, 2021. This means all banks in the United States received stimulus money last Friday, but many have yet to pass it on to their customers. My family and I (along with many others) received their stimulus checks today March 17th – so it turned out to be a truly lucky day for many of us! Everyone else should receive their direct deposit by the end of the week.

Stimulus money is being distributed as follows:

1^st Wave – Direct Deposit (anytime from Saturday March 13th thru Saturday March 20th)

2^nd Wave – Paper Checks (1-2 weeks)

3rd Wave – Debit Cards (3 weeks)

Direct Deposit includes Direct Express customers.

*** ONGOING MONTHLY STIMULUS PAYMENTS ***

Serious talks are underway on Capitol Hill regarding ongoing stimulus payments of $2,000 per month from July-December 2021 for a total of $12,000 Americans could receive this year! This is a very viable possibility as the current president has not fulfilled his promises, including retro stimulus payments, an additional $2,000 stimulus after the $1400 stimulus and more financial aid that individuals and businesses have not yet received.

An FOMC meeting of the Federal Reserve Board will be held March 16-17^th, during which these ongoing stimulus payments will be reviewed. It looks like rates will not be raised until 2023 which is good news for the ongoing stimulus!

If you’ve been following this blog since last year, you will remember we started visualizing $2,000 ongoing monthly payments in the U.S. and abroad summer to fall of last year. This is clear proof that our mass meditations have tremendous power to steer future events in our favor!

Two weeks ago, I began incorporating a new meditation technique that I will be introducing you to soon (part of another BIG announcement I’ll be making soon). This method has been extremely powerful in terms of accelerating healing of my body and my overall manifestation ability and speed of manifestation.

What many people don’t know is that the $1400 round of stimulus checks is only one part of the Stimulus Bill. This was also true for the Heroes Act passed in the spring of last year. Additional stimulus money (to the tune of BILLIONS of dollars) is also being distributed to States, Cities and Counties. We all need to start focusing on the Local Level because there is a lot of relief money available right in your own back yard! 

*NEWS FLASH: Based on a source I follow who has studied the latest Stimulus Bill, $5,000 GRANTS (free money) for Americans were reportedly included in the latest Stimulus Bill (most people don’t know about this money).*

Update: O.k. I've looked into the $5,000 grant and it's actually an updated EIDL (Economic Injury Disaster Loan) grant for small business owners thru the SBA (Small Business Administration). Last year many did not qualify for the loan, but they are supposed to make the grant money available sometime soon. You would have to go thru an application process. This money will be very helpful to small businesses who have really struggled the last few months.

As soon as the application for this money goes live, I will post the link on this blog. This could happen at any time in the next few days or weeks, so be sure to check your email and this blog for updates. Once that link goes live, the money will run out very quickly.

Tomorrow I will post some resources that can help you and your friends and family get access to additional funds that were included in the $1.9 Trillion Stimulus Bill just passed.
